Message	Splash shields are designed for one thing in mind. Main thing is for DIRT!!! if you ever look at an engine bay without the shield you will notice that the engine is extremely dirty. why is that you ask? Because the fan is so powerful on our cars that it literally sucks up the dirt off the road and into the engine bay at idle. This is the only real reason that one would want to keep there splash shield on the car. If you like a real clean engine bay then you might want to keep your shield on your car.
